Originally from Garfield Heights, Ohio, Bruce Jarvis served in the U.S. Navy from 1956-1959 as a Radioman on Willy Victor, WV-2 reconnaissance air crafts. Following his service in the Navy he worked for nearly three decades with American Telephone and Telegraph (AT&T), before he was recruited by the Department of Defense to work for their Defense Information Systems Agency. Now retired, Bruce has three children, six grandchildren, and one great-grandson from his first marriage. He currently resides in Leland, North Carolina, with his second wife, Joan.
